And I can help you do it. I am a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC), with an additional specialty in treating gambling addiction (CASAC-G). I have a masters degree in rehabilitation counseling, which is based on the therapeutic concept of empowering individuals to reach their maximum potential. I work with diverse populations, and have extensive clinical experience in individual and group counseling, keeping current with new techniques and research in the field of counseling and psychotherapy.
